Foreign Employ and Safer Migration Related Capacity Development Training Program

Objectives:

• To provide capacity building training to local youths under safe migration and foreign employment.

• To aware everyone on human trafficking in name of foreign employment.

• To clarify about the roles of various stakeholders in safe foreign employment.

• To provide basic knowledge about safe foreign employment and motivate participants to provide assistance based on that.

• To provide knowledge about foreign employment, acts, policies and rules.

Key Activities:

• Agreement of program.

• Community level meeting conduct and training participant selected.

• Conducted the training.

• Submission of program report.

Project period: 20 days (26th May to 14th June, 2017)

Project Location: Mahabharat RM-6, Banakhu, Goltar 

Funding Partner (s): District Coordination Committee (DCC), Kavrepalanchok

Major Achievements:

• Completion of three days Foreign Employ and Safe Migration Related Capacity Development Training Program at the community level.
• Through training all together 50 persons (23 female and 27 male) of Banakhu, Goltar community, got the opportunity for capacity development on Foreign Employ and Safe Migration.
• Caste wise participation 7 dalit, 42 janajati and 1 other.
