Right to Information Orientation Program for Panchkhal Municipality Staffs’
Objectives:

To help the citizens of Panchkhal municipality to respect and protect and their right to information.

To aware about information categorization and updating process of it.

To make easy and effortless access to citizens and to make open and transparent activities of local organizations.

To know about the information that has to be delivered by municipality and to aware them about the process of information sharing.

To accommodate them about cooperative and supportive activities on environmental and developmental sector.
Key Activities:

Agreement of program.

Information about the venue, date and time to staffs of municipality.

Awareness program on right to information to the staffs and ward secretary of Panchkhal Municipality.

Submission of program report.
Project Period: 1 month (June 17-July 16, 2015)
Project Location: Panchkhal Municipality of Kavrepalanchok District.
Funding Partner (s): Panchkhal Municipality.
Implementation Partner: Ward Citizen Forum (WCF).
Major Achievements:

Completion of the awareness program on right to information to Panchkhal Municipality staffs and wards secretary.

With the help of this program all together 18 people (9 Female and 9 Male) were able to get good knowledge about right to information.

Involvement of 5 janajati and 13 others in the program.

Getting the clear vision on right to information to though the training.
